Job summary

UNSW Centre for Social Impact (CSI) at UNSW Business School seeks a Research Fellow (Level B) to advance research on regional economies and place-based investment. You will conduct independent and collaborative research, publish high-quality work, and contribute to grant applications, under the Research & Innovation Director.

The role involves leading components of ARC Discovery Project, engaging with external partners, and mentoring research students as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• PhD in business-related discipline and expertise in qualitative and mixed methodologies.
• Strong track record in research with high-quality outputs.
• Ability to publish in academic journals and contribute to practitioner outputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent and collaborative research supporting CSI strategy pillars.
• Produce academic and practitioner outputs from projects.
• Lead and participate in grant applications and project management.
