Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a proactive admin professional to join the Research Ethics and Integrity team. You will coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes, support monitoring visits and ensure confidential handling of information in a busy research governance environment.

This full-time ongoing role requires a life sciences background and strong communication skills to advise researchers and committee members while contributing to policy improvements and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Substantial administrative experience, with policy/standards guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Highly developed organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin, reporting and secretariat support for the Research Ethics and Integrity team and committees.
• Review ethics applications against a risk matrix and support assessment of higher-risk matters.
• Provide clear advice to researchers and stakeholders and contribute to policy and service improvements.
