They want the next generation of commercially minded leaders – someone ready to take ownership of one of the Melbourne-based teams, have a real voice in shaping strategy, and drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deepen relationships with key clients, managing projects and expanding the business footprint across the Melbourne market.
  • Deliver innovative insight and strategy solutions across high-profile FMCG and Retail clients, including product testing, brand, consumer sentiment, innovation, and strategy work.
  • Collaborate with the broader business and in-house developers to leverage AI, digital tools, and innovative research methods.
  • Mentor and support your team to grow their capability while fostering a strong, positive culture.
  • Contribute to financial performance, project profitability, and the ongoing evolution of research offerings.
