What we’re looking for:

• Strong consultancy experience within behavioural science and/or insights environments
• Excellent quantitative (leaning) and qualitative research capability
• Someone who still enjoys delivery and wants to stay close to the work
• Commercial acumen – you love sales and delivery
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• High standards, a strong ownership mentality and genuine care for client outcomes
• Someone energised by ambitious, fast-moving environments
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for technology-enabled ways of working
