Job summary

Flinders University seeks a proactive research professional to support the NCETA Research Team. You will assist with data collection, ethical approvals, literature reviews and KPI reporting, enabling impactful health research on alcohol and other drugs.

Collaborative and independent work will be balanced across diverse projects. You will contribute to data management, statistical analysis and dissemination, drawing on public health or psychology training and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

Completion of degree in a relevant area (e.g. psychology, public health or science).
Demonstrated writing and communication skills for manuscripts, reports or grant writing.
Well-developed qualitative and quantitative research skills.
Strong computer skills including MS Office, SPSS/R and Endnote.

Responsibilities

Assist in capturing and sharing project outcomes and organisational KPIs.
Assist with ethics applications, grant applications and literature reviews.
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, EndNote libraries and accurate records of research procedures.
Assist with data management, including cleaning, coding, analysis and summaries.
