Job summary

McGrath Estate Agents is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Marketing team, reporting to the National Head of Research.

You’ll gather, collate and maintain concise property market data to develop charts, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

The role is full-time hybrid on a 12-month contract, requiring 3+ years in Australian real estate and familiarity with RP Data, PriceFinder and Cordell Connect.

McGrath is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Marketing team, reporting to the National Head of Research.

In this role, you’ll gather, collate and maintain concise property market data that will be analysed by the Research team and used to develop charts, reports and presentations supporting internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Collate property market research and intelligence from multiple sources in line with the team strategy.

Analyse and interpret data and efficiently input information into established and new databases.

Respond to research requests and ensure information is delivered accurately and within required timeframes.

Liaise with agents to gather relevant, often unstructured, market information.

About you

Ideally, 3+ years' experience working in an Australian real estate or property development environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with agents.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of focus.

The ability to work independently and manage your responsibilities effectively.

Familiarity with property research platforms such as RP Data, PriceFinder and Cordell Connect.

A detail-oriented and organised approach to working with data.

A willingness to learn.
