Job summary

Europcar WA in Paraburdoo is seeking a proactive team member focused on customer service to join our regional operations. You will process rental agreements, assist clients with vehicle collection and returns, and ensure smooth transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a current unrestricted driver's licence, be willing to work weekends and early mornings, and possess solid computer skills to support daily operations in a vehicle rental setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Willing to work weekends and early mornings.
• Eager to learn and flexible with hours including weekends and early starts.

• Handle and reconcile cash transactions.

The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment. They will provide excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the business. Confidence in offering Europcar products and services to clients both face to face and over the phone is essential.

You will be required to;
