About the role

The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
  • Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
  • Checking & cleaning/washing (exterior/interior) of vehicles before and on return of rentals
  • Cross-sales
