Job summary

Jobtailor in Sydney, Australia seeks a senior M&A advisory leader to drive complex transactions across renewables, storage, transmission, hydrogen, and related clean technologies. You will guide strategy, due diligence, and deal execution for high-stakes opportunities in the energy transition.

You will advise infrastructure investors, energy companies and government clients on acquisitions, divestments and partnerships, while building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising clients on M&A, infrastructure, energy, utilities, natural resources, or energy transition investments
• Strong commercial acumen and transaction experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, infrastructure, or energy organisations
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive business development outcomes
• Exceptional strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, energy markets, decarbonisation, sustainability or climate-related investments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, market dynamics and investment trends in energy transition
• Experience leading teams through growth, transformation or large-scale investment decisions
• Existing network across energy, infrastructure, government or investment communities
• Available for work visa sponsorship: No
