Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in power plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of general plant and system processes, electrical and SCADA systems.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance and identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate generators across multiple platforms.
• Evaluate operating situations against contracts and regulations.
• Operate control systems and predict grid response to actions.
• Initiate alarm response plans and document in CMMS.
• Perform failure analysis.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maximize fleet value and revenue.
• Maintain operator log for forecasting, status and reporting.
• Provide required failure notifications per contracts and regulations.
