Job summary

Arc Renewable Group (ARG) is delivering commercial and industrial renewable energy projects. The Project Coordinator supports timely, controlled project delivery across managers, technical teams, clients and suppliers.

You will maintain documentation, manage milestones, decisions, risks and actions to keep projects on track. You will help with feasibility, approvals, delivery and handover, coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced commercial environment and contribute to stronger reporting

Qualifications

• At least three years in project coordination, admin, or program coordination.
• Diploma or higher in PM, Business Admin, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience maintaining schedules, milestones, registers, documents.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple active workstreams.
• Proactive in following up actions and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Problem-solving mindset and quick learning of systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across ARG’s project portfolio including schedules and milestones.
• Support projects through feasibility, planning, procurement, implementation, commissioning, handover.
• Develop and update project plans, trackers, document registers and records.
• Coordinate communication among project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes, capture decisions and follow up owners.
• Monitor milestones and procurement lead times, escalate delays early.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, decision, variation and change registers.
• Assist with documentation for stage gates and approvals.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers against scopes and timelines.
• Prepare scopes, procurement docs, progress reports and management reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready project files.
