Job summary

Bathurst Health Service in West Bathurst, NSW, seeks a Nephrologist/Gen Med Consultant for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role is based on a weekday schedule, 0800–1630, with a daily rate of AUD 2000 and a monthly weekend roster.

You will oversee the dialysis unit, care for dialysis and renal patients, and support General Medicine services. Travel and accommodation are provided to support the placement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and help manage the dialysis unit
• Provide care for dialysis and renal patients
• Support General Medicine services as required
• Weekly renal clinics outpatient clinics
• Participation in the OHS Nephrology MDT Registrar and Intern Support
