Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Principal Consultant for its Workday Student Practice in Australia and New Zealand. You will lead design and configuration across Student Records and Admissions, aligning with regulatory reporting and TAC processes, while guiding international and local stakeholders through complex Workday Student implementations.

Qualifications

• Senior practitioner with background in student records, student administration, admissions or student systems.
• Familiarity with TAC processes and CRMs used for student recruitment.
• Ability to work with business and technical teams and bridge functional and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions for academic structure, student records, enrolment and progression.
• Configure and design end-to-end TAC applications, offers, deferrals and data exchange.
• Define data mapping, triggers and ownership, and collaborate with integration teams.
• Guide regional CRMs interactions with Workday Student and ensure regulatory reporting alignment.
• Mentor other consultants and lead workstreams within Cognizant’s Student Practice.
