Job summary

UST Global is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead and manage Workday implementation, deployment, and optimization projects for our clients from a remote setting in Australia. The role requires a solid understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, or related modules, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through completion.

You will oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client communications to ensure delivery on time,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software or consulting.
• 3+ years managing Workday implementation or optimization projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday projects from planning to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resources.
• Manage scope, risks, and change requests.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality.
