Job summary

UST USource is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Workday implementations and optimizations across HCM and Financials. This remote role supports clients in Australia, guiding projects from initiation to completion with a focus on scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within software implementations, 3+ years specifically in Workday projects, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations or consulting.
• 3+ years managing Workday implementation or optimization projects.
• Experience leading full implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation and consulting projects from planning to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules.
• Manage scope, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, resources, and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and leadership.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and transition to support teams.
