Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Research Engineers to work on a project focused on code generation, software engineering, and AI model evaluation. This contractor role is remote, with tasks designed to train and improve next-generation AI systems.

You will analyze, review, and evaluate real-world coding tasks across languages, implement features, optimize performance, and provide feedback to support model training. Prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience debugging, implementing features, and refactoring.

Responsibilities
