Camirand Travel is seeking an entry‑level Remote Travel Consultant to plan itineraries, answer client questions, and manage bookings from a fully remote setup. You will liaise with providers, offer destination insights, and ensure compliance with travel regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently within a supportive remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with office software programs and booking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage travel itineraries for clients.
• Liaise with travel providers to secure the best deals and rates for clients.
• Provide accurate information on travel regulations and visa requirements.
• Process travel bookings efficiently using industry‑standard booking software.
• Assist clients with travel queries and complaints and provide timely resolution.
• Promote additional travel services and products to maximize sales and revenue.
