Job summary

Queensland-Childcare-Servies is seeking a self-motivated Trainer Assessor for our RTO, the Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AIECS). The role involves home-based work with travel to childcare services across South/West Brisbane and occasional visits to the Shailer Park office.

You will guide students, assess coursework, and support ongoing training package updates while benefiting from a competitive salary package, a company car option, and deep childcare fee discounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or working towards.
• Experience with student assessment and coursework is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students and potential enrollees of the AIECS.
• Facilitate student progression through regular contact and prompt queries.
• Mark and process student assessments in a timely manner per RTO policies.
• Assist in implementing regular training package updates across training packages.
