Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform. You will drive LMS implementations, HR integrations and digital learning solutions across a complex organisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to enable scalable, user‑friendly learning, reporting and workforce development, including multi‑tenant configuration, AI enabled features and continuous platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS platforms.
• Strong ability to integrate LMS with HR, reporting or workforce management systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learner record management, reporting, analytics and performance processes.
• Experience with multi-tenant solutions and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems (HR and reporting).
• Support learner management, program administration, reporting and records.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing across stakeholder groups.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide advice on system optimisation, user adoption and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, solution documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to key stakeholders and administrators.

The Role

About You

• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Strong experience integrating LMS platforms with HR, reporting or workforce management systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable and user-friendly digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learner record management, reporting, analytics and performance management processes.
• Experience working with multi-tenant solutions, data sharing environments and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Candidate Responsibilities

• This role involves design, development, and deployment of learning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand product functionality.
• Deliver learning materials across multiple user roles.
• Use tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, WalkMe, Articulate RISE, Storyline, Camtasia, Wistia, Skillable Studio.
• Publish and maintain content on Learning Management System and Knowledge Library.
• Review instructional design standards and provide feedback.

Professional Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and Training.
• Strong skills in developing learning content for complex software solutions.
• Intermediate video production skills (Camatasia).
• Experience with Articulate 360.
• Technical writing and visual design skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAM or LLAMA.
