Lever, Inc. is seeking a Stability & Documentation Manager - R&D in Australia. You will own stability testing across a gummy portfolio and manage the technical documentation that defines every SKU, working with QA, Operations, and co-manufacturers in a remote, high-trust environment.

This role emphasizes turning data into auditable records, negotiating with external labs, and ensuring specs are approved with independent judgment, enabling on-time launches and product integrity.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in R&D, Quality, or Product Development in dietary supplements, food, or regulated consumer products (gummy/confectionery preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or closely related field.
• Proven track record designing and running end-to-end stability studies and validating test methods for complex formulation matrices.
• Solid understanding of gummy chemistry, extraction methods, and analytical limitations (matrix interference, detection limits).
• Vendor negotiation with external testing laboratories.
• Ability to own specs and communicate across cross-functional teams and partners.
• Excellent document control and meticulous record-keeping.

• Assess test method compatibility for complex matrices and identify limitations.
• Lead price, scope, and turnaround time negotiations with third-party labs.
• Maintain, audit, and update the documentation suite for every SKU.

• Proactively identify stability or packaging issues before launch.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and co-manufacturers to align methods and specs.
