Job summary

4 Healthcare Recruitment partners with an established allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology services across the Newcastle region. The role blends telehealth with community visits, offering the flexibility to work from home and from on-site locations.

Ideal candidates will manage their own caseload with strong autonomy, while receiving support from a broader Speech Pathology team and head office for clinical guidance and administration.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Appropriate Working With Children and NDIs screening requirements.
• Australian working rights.
• Confidence working independently across community and telehealth settings.
• Strong communication, organisation and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily via telehealth with some community visits.
• Manage own caseload and schedule.
• Collaborate with an established team and head office.
• Complete notes and administration from home.
