Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Geelong team, offering a flexible role with clinic, telehealth and in-community sessions. You’ll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team and receive ongoing supervision and development opportunities in a culture that values balance and impact.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
SPA Registration with current status or pending.
Full Australian working rights or pending.
Minimum of 1+ years experience in community, private or acute settings.
Access to own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload aligned with your interests (language, swallowing, paediatrics, or generalist across community visits, telehealth and clinic).
Set appointments with flexibility, including working from home and Geelong office days.
Receive regular supervision, PD and career progression support with focus on work-life balance.
Mentor with a Clinical Supervisor with 20+ years of experience to build confidence in practice.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver community-impact services.
