Job summary

Outlier in Melbourne is seeking a senior technical presence to own ongoing development, enhancements and production support of a Sitefinity environment for a major enterprise client. You will work across backend functionality, widgets and templates, and collaborate with US-based delivery teams.

The role is fully remote within Melbourne hours, an initial 12-month contract with potential for annual renewal, and you will provide senior technical ownership as the Melbourne development capability

Qualifications

Progress Sitefinity experience required.
Significant backend development experience with .NET/C# in enterprise web apps.
Strong production support and issue-resolution capabilities in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Sitefinity applications using .NET and C#.
Deliver backend enhancements and new functionality across enterprise websites.
Build/modify widgets, page templates, integrations and supporting components.
Investigate and resolve website defects and production issues.
Manage Azure DevOps tickets from investigation to resolution.
Support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services).
Collaborate with US-based project managers, developers and digital specialists.
Partner with Melbourne-based stakeholders to understand requirements.
Participate in client stand-ups and communicate across Australian/US time zones.
Provide senior technical ownership as the Melbourne team expands.
