UpGuard is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategic vision for the CRPM platform and drive meaningful product initiatives that address real customer problems. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver features with measurable value, translating user needs into clear requirements and prioritizing based on impact and feasibility.

This role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, data-driven decisions, and strong UX collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining and driving complex product initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with UX/design teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to launch customer-focused products.
• Translate customer problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
