Job summary

Insider Leads is seeking experienced Secondary English tutors to teach one-on-one online from home across Australia. You will work with Year 7-12 students, focusing on reading, writing, literature, and exam preparation, with a timetable you control.

Ideally, you hold a teaching degree or are currently teaching in an Australian high school, with strong familiarity with senior English syllabi and assessment structures. Flexible hours and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

A teaching degree and/or current teaching at an Australian high school is a significant advantage.
Experience delivering Year 7–12 content and exam preparation is preferred.
Comfort with one-on-one online tutoring and managing student progress.

Responsibilities

Run focused one-on-one online English lessons built around each student's goals.
Help students with set texts, essays, homework and exam revision.
Teach from the individualised lesson plan prepared for each student.
Keep students motivated and offer academic guidance.
Teach face-to-face at a student's home or a local library, if you'd like the option.
