• Year 11-12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Other Areas

• Chinese (Mandarin) language, including senior secondary Chinese courses

Teach a subject that isn't listed? We'd still love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Teach one‑on‑one online lessons, using English and Mandarin as needed to help students understand
• Follow the lesson plan we prepare for each student
• Support students with homework and exam preparation
• Encourage and motivate your students
• In‑person lessons at a student's home or a local library are also available, if you'd like them

What we’re looking for

• Excellent spoken Mandarin, as many of our students and their families feel most comfortable in Mandarin
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) you'd like to teach
• A degree in teaching or education is highly regarded, but not essential
• Experience teaching in Australian schools is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with senior secondary syllabuses and assessment structures (HSC, VCE, QCE, WACE or SACE) is a plus
• Reliable weekly availability and a professional approach to teaching
• A stable internet connection and comfort with online teaching tools

What's In It for You?

• Flexible hours, location and workload, so you can build a schedule that works for you
• Regular, long‑term students at fixed times each week, for steady, predictable work
• Pay of 30 to 50 per hour, always paid on time, based on a combination of:

• Ongoing support and training whenever you need it
• Valuable teaching experience that strengthens your CV

How We Support You

• We'll match you with the right students and take the paperwork off your plate, so you can put your energy into teaching.
• Ready‑to‑use, tailored learning materials and individual Student Learning Plans
• Teaching Assistants who coordinate your lesson schedule with parents
• Homework marking help from our Teaching Assistants, with answer keys provided
• A Learning Coordinator who updates parents on student progress and learning plans
