Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven success in closing high-value property or investment transactions.
• Experience serving international buyers, especially in Australia, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cross-border real estate investment principles and ownership structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound leads into property transactions and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Conduct professional investment consultations and present ownership structures, returns, and strategies.
• Lead negotiations with international investors through the complete sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective buyers using a consultative approach and tailored recommendations.
• Address inquiries on cross-border ownership, investment structures, and financing considerations.
