Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Lead Principal Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Data Center infrastructure programs across JAPAC. You will drive planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with Design, Engineering, Construction, Network, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage complex vendor relationships, control costs, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met, enabling scalable, reliable data

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale, technically complex construction or infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to own multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, and related engineering domains.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent program management capabilities including planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own complex data center programs end to end, from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Drive integrated planning across Design, Construction, Engineering, Network, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate technical scopes including LV infrastructure and network builds within the construction program.
• Lead delivery against schedule, budget, quality, and operational goals with strong controls.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and manage vendor and partner performance.
