Hey Amara is hiring independent Recruitment Consultants to build specialist desks across Australian and US markets. You’ll work from anywhere with a 50% commission on placement fees and operate as an independent contractor. You choose your market, set your schedule and manage client and candidate relationships.

We provide the tech stack, training and mentoring; you bring drive and a sales mindset to win placements. No base salary; desk grows with effort.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or training required.
• Comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection and following up.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies and candidates in your chosen market.
• Manage placements from first conversation through to commencement.
• Build client relationships and close deals as an independent consultant.
