Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist registration/accreditation required.
• Experience with ADL assessments is highly regarded.
• Current Police clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete Activities of Daily Living assessments and reports.
• Manage delivery/implementation of equipment or modifications.
• Liaise with client, MDT and insurer to support independence.
• Collaborate with experienced OTs to ensure timely, quality support.
