Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Domain Expert – Radiology (Visage 7 Research) for a remote, contractual role. You will evaluate patient records, grade findings with TI-RADS and O-RADS, and ensure accurate, traceable reporting in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in radiology or medical imaging, hands-on PACS/imaging experience, and frequent Visage 7 use in current or recent roles; board certification or ARRT parity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have frequent Visage 7 use — weekly or more in your current or recent role.
• 2+ years of professional experience in radiology or medical imaging.
• Familiarity with structured reporting tools and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient/study records to reflect actual observations, not assumptions.
• Grade findings using TI-RADS and O-RADS and record follow-up recommendations.
• Differentiate preliminary measurements from final report entries for clarity.
• Assess case completeness to ensure readiness for next reviewer or sign-off.
• Ensure outcomes are traceable and auditable in line with regulatory standards.
