Concentrix is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for an Australia-based remote team. You will handle monthly payroll, respond to employee queries, and ensure compliance with current laws and tax updates.

You will collaborate with vendors and government agencies, maintain confidential payroll data, and participate in global payroll projects. A strong eye for detail and experience with Australian payroll are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in Australia.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MYOB PayGlobal or Humanforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the monthly payroll process from collecting data to filing reports.
• Run payroll outside of regular cycles when needed and create reports.
• Keep accurate payroll records for audits and compliance.
• Answer employee payroll questions quickly and professionally using our ticketing system.
• Stay up to date on changes to laws and tax updates.
• Work with payroll vendors and government agencies.
• Handle payroll data with care and confidentiality.
• Join global payroll projects and initiatives.
