Job summary

Zippy Financial Group is hiring a Parabroker/Credit Manager to work from home in Australia. You will manage credit assessments, liaise with lenders and our processing team, and ensure regulatory compliance while handling 60+ lenders on our panel.

You will leverage Quickli and Salestrekker, provide expert guidance, and maintain high standards of professionalism in client communications while delivering accurate lending recommendations remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the credit area of an Australian mortgage brokerage.
• Ability to interpret credit policies and apply debt servicing calculations across multiple lenders.
• Strong command of business English with professional telephone manners.
• Excellent communication with clients, lenders, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Ability to follow established workflows and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Use Quickli to assess clients' borrowing capacity accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with bank credit managers and business development managers on lending scenarios.
• Maintain knowledge of residential, SMSF, and investment lending, including loan structuring.
• Ensure all client files are compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Review living expense assessments and cash flow analyses for accuracy.
• Prepare tailored compliance documents for each client.
• Use Salestrekker to manage lending and compliance processes.
• Maintain knowledge of AML/CTF obligations in home lending.
• Demonstrate analytical and administrative skills with attention to detail.
