Job summary

Vision Australia is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist on a 6-month, 0.6FTE contract based in Maroochydore with work-from-home flexibility. You will deliver high-quality Speech Therapy services across home, clinic, and online settings, using a coaching approach to support families in achieving their goals.

You must hold a nationally recognised qualification in Speech Pathology with CPSP registration and have experience with children in a family-centred context.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and CPSP registration are required.
• Experience with children and young people within a family-centred context.
• Ability to work across environments (home, clinic, online) and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Speech Therapy services across home, clinic, and online settings.
• Utilise a coaching approach to support families to achieve goals.
• Collaborate and communicate with a range of stakeholders to coordinate care.
• Support children who are blind or have low vision in a transdisciplinary team.
