Job summary

Mercor is seeking expert Evaluators in Training / onboarding / L&D to review AI-generated artifacts for accuracy and domain quality. This is a remote, hourly engagement where you will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.

Responsibilities include evaluating artifacts, identifying errors, and delivering structured feedback to improve content quality. Prior experience with PowerPoint/Slides and Google Workspace is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Training / onboarding / L&D.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.
