Job summary

Compass Group is seeking Security Officers to work on our NT site as part of a casual relief team. You will provide effective security services, interact with clients and staff daily, and respond to queries professionally.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of security experience, a Security Operations Certificate II (or higher), and current NT security licenses. Computer/iPad literacy is required to perform daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Security Operations Certificate II or higher.
• Current NT Security Officer and Crowd Control License.
• Senior First Aid/ CPR Certificate.
• Police Check and Pre-Employment Medical screenings as required.
• Comfortable using computers and iPads for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services across the NT site.
• Interact with Clients, Residents, Visitors, Staff and Contractors daily.
• Respond to queries in a professional manner.
• Integrate as a member of a skilled security team.
• Ensure site integrity and safety; conduct routine patrols.
• Perform site lockup and unlock as required by management.
• Inspect site for damage, theft and vandalism.
• Compile daily occurrence/incident log and hand over.
