Expertech is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join its Support team in a digitally focused agency environment. You will manage a mix of eCommerce and CMS projects, maintaining direct client contact to keep work flowing and clients supported.

Qualifications

Mid-level project management experience within a digital, technology or transformation agency.
Proven experience managing eCommerce and/or CMS projects.
Strong understanding of digital project delivery and ability to juggle priorities.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working directly with external clients and building trusted relationships.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines, scope and competing demands.
Service minded, proactive and solution-focused when working with clients.
Experience collaborating with developers, designers, content teams and other digital specialists.

Responsibilities

Manage a mix of eCommerce and CMS projects for external clients.
