Qualifications

• 4+ years in-house corporate development or M&A experience.
• Hands-on ownership of live deals end-to-end.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Build valuation and merger models (three-statement, DCF, comps).
• Draft and compare IOIs, LOIs, term sheets, and deal structures.
• Prepare process and board materials, closing mechanics, and funds flow.
• Run diligence, integration work, and synergy analyses.
• Deliver high-quality M&A exercises from mock files.
