• Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience in corporate & commercial law
• Autonomy to own matters and direct client work
• Experience with M&A, private equity or corporate advisory is valued
• Comfort working in a fully remote model with no billable hour targets
• Tech-sector clients experience advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Advise on private M&A, capital raisings and IPOs for ASX-listed and other clients
• Provide ongoing commercial contracting and advisory services across industries
• Collaborate with a senior team to manage matters with limited supervision
