Job summary

Allura Partners is seeking a finance professional for a 9–12 month contract to support three live transactions in Brisbane. You’ll manage day-to-day deal workload, liaise with the investment bank, and drive diligence through to close, directly with CEO and CFO in a private equity-backed setting.

Ideal candidates have transaction services or financial due diligence experience, with hands-on ownership in small teams and strong analytical skills. Remote flexibility follows onboarding in Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Background in transaction services or financial due diligence.
• Experience across multiple transactions, buy-side and sell-side.
• Self-sufficient in a small team with minimal support.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial due diligence on a buy-side acquisition through to close by end of 2026.
• Lead commercial analysis and diligence management on a larger buy-side acquisition, including board pack prep.
• Coordinate vendor due diligence across financial, commercial and legal aspects.
• Act as the internal point of contact for the appointed investment bank.
