Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage life support supplies for the Gorgon Project on Barrow Island. You will coordinate movements, schedules and paperwork to ensure timely deliveries and strict quarantine compliance.

You will work closely with site management, maintain records, and support safety and quality management processes. A forklift licence and quarantine experience are favorable, with strong administrative and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Police clearance is required.
• Forklift licence is desirable.
• Gorgon Quarantine experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the movement and distribution of life support supplies and materials for the Gorgon Project, Barrow Island.
• Plan logistical movements and maintain receiving and distribution operations.
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments; ensure timely delivery and quarantine compliance.
• Complete quarantine and logistics paperwork; submit electronically.
• Maintain operational and logistics records and data entry on stock receipts and invoices.
