You will work on writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents while collaborating with AI teams. Candidates with backend engineering, AI automation, and multi-turn system experience are preferred. Flexible hours and AI tool access are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
