Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD per hour with flexible scheduling and weekly payments.

You'll help design, test, and optimize multi-step agent workflows across live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, with production-grade software experience and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage task coordination, live tool integration with APIs (Supabase, Gmail), memory tracking with MEMORY.md, and privacy/security awareness.
