Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and incentives.

You’ll work on training AI agents to design, coordinate, and optimize complex workflows across data parsing, logic processing, and reporting. If you enjoy building production-grade software, live-environment interactions, and delivering high-density technical feedback, this is a fit.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and data acquisition workflows, and live-tool integration with APIs.
