Outlier is inviting experienced engineers to contribute as OpenClaw Agent Builders on a freelance, remote basis. You will help shape autonomous agents and integrate live tools while earning up to $50 USD/hr.

Most contributors decide their own schedule, with many working 5-10 hours per week and some up to 40 hours, depending on project needs and availability. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering/AI automation experience.
• Experience building for live environments with modular services.
• Ability to provide detailed technical feedback on complex behavior.
