Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Melbourne CBD. You will lead end-to-end delivery of key infrastructure initiatives, balancing Waterfall and Agile methods across Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts.

The role requires an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance or Australian citizenship, strong MS Project and Office 365 skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams in a

Qualifications

• Strong background delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects.
• Must hold an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance or be an Australian Citizen eligible to obtain one.
• Proven track record applying Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office 365; Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project delivery models including Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts.
• Drive project schedules, scope, risk, and resource management using hybrid frameworks.
• Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain program and portfolio tracking using PPPM platforms and project management tools.
