Qualifications

• Experience managing insurance building, restoration or major property claims.
• Background as a Project Manager, Repair Coordinator, Estimator or similar role.
• Trade qualification or strong construction knowledge (builder, carpenter, electrician, plumber or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage major insurance building claims from assessment through to completion.
• Coordinate builders, contractors and repair specialists to achieve quality outcomes.
• Review repair scopes, validate methodologies and manage restoration costs.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits.
• Prepare detailed reports, claim documentation and technical assessments.
• Drive builder performance, claim quality and customer satisfaction throughout the claim lifecycle.
