Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to train and evaluate AI systems. This fully remote contract role focuses on authenticating identity controls, privilege escalation, and zero-trust concepts.

You will analyze IAM and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, and generate realistic security scenarios for AI training. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of IAM/SSO experience, familiarity with Okta/Azure AD/AWS IAM, and the ability to communicate findings clearly

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM/SSO experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, least-privilege, and access review processes.
• Understanding of how identity failures occur and attackers exploit them.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and work independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities.
• Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for risk.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Provide structured feedback to help AI learn how IAM risk emerges in enterprise environments.
