Alignerr Corp. is seeking a security tester to probe AI-powered applications and infrastructure. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week, allowing you to conduct penetration tests, exploit AI/ML vulnerabilities, and deliver clear remediation guidance across web, network, and API surfaces.

You will work independently, stay current with AI security threats, and contribute to testing methodologies while aligning with client project schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a penetration tester focusing on AI/security
• Ability to perform web, network and API security assessments
• Strong report writing with clear remediation guidance
• Proficiency with industry-standard testing tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap) and Kali Linux

Aufgaben

• Conduct penetration tests against AI-powered applications, APIs, and infrastructure
• Identify and exploit weaknesses in AI/ML pipelines, including prompt injection and data poisoning
• Perform security assessments of web apps, networks and APIs using standard methodologies
• Simulate real-world attack scenarios from recon to post-exploitation
• Document findings with severity ratings, evidence, and remediation guidance
• Evaluate AI-specific attack surfaces including adversarial inputs and data exfiltration risks
• Stay updated on AI security threats and improve testing methodologies
• Work independently on task-based engagements with flexible scheduling
