Therapeutic Guidelines Limited seeks a Remote Health Engagement Manager to build lasting relationships with health workers across the Northern Territory. The role is field-based, based in Alice Springs or Darwin with regular travel, and operates on a 0.8 FTE four days per week until 30 June 2028.

You will deliver train-the-trainer sessions, support onboarding and engagement, and collaborate with Marketing to create local engagement materials while tracking activity in Salesforce.

Formación

• Knowledge of best practice in customer service, engagement and retention.
• Previous customer service, sales or technical support experience.
• Experience with remote, rural or Aboriginal communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and the ability to identify and respond to user needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Northern Territory and to head office in Melbourne.
• Knowledge of publishing industry is advantageous.
• Health sector knowledge and terminology.
• Cultural knowledge relevant to Aboriginal and remote health contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with health services, health workers and local community contacts across the Northern Territory.
• Deliver train-the-trainer and platform orientation sessions.
• Support onboarding, engagement and retention of users.
• Gather user feedback and turn it into practical improvements.
• Work with Marketing on local engagement and communication materials.
• Track activity, adoption and user feedback in Salesforce.
